Landscape Construction Foreman

Responsibilies:

• 3 years experience as a foreman supervising a team
• Valid Ontario Class G Drivers License with a clean drivers abstract.
• Capable of performing physical labour in various weather conditions
• Focused on team work and excellent problem solving abilities
• Solid understanding of best landscape practices
• Comply will all Company Policies and Regulations
• Manage material & equipment requirements from day to day and coordinate with Superintendent..
• Complete daily logs books/ safety documentation.
• Record deliveries and collect/track associated paperwork.
• Proficient in operating commercial landscape construction equipment
• Able to take direction and instruction
• Be presentable, professional and have great work ethic.

Strong Knowledge of the Following:

• Read Drawings & Specifications
• Ability to safely & responsibly operate Skid Steer, Excavator, & Rubber Tire Loader
• Must be familiar with tools of the trade
• Knowledge of "all" Soft and Hard Landscaping
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task & organize
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Good leadership skills and able to complete Projects efficiently and on schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
