Labourer

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support the operations . This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. The Laborer will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Duties

• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and assist in various tasks as needed..
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of construction and Landscaping processes is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
