Key Holder

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Keyholder to join our team at Bosleys on Esplanade! If you love animals and have hands-on experience in the pet industry, we want to hear from you!

Important Requirements:

• Experience in the pet industry is a must!
• Ability to communicate in Farsi is required.
• Nail trimming experience is preferred.

As a Keyholder at Bosleys, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting the well-being of pets through your expertise in both retail and animal care.

Key Duties:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the right pet products and services.
• Provide expert advice on animal care products and grooming services, ensuring customers make well-informed decisions.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using our POS system.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
• Upsell related pet products that enhance the customer experience.
• Use excellent phone etiquette to assist customers with inquiries.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve store goals and ensure a positive work environment.
• Stay up-to-date on trends in animal care and grooming.

Qualifications:

• Completion of Secondary School (or equivalent).
• At least 6 months of experience in the pet industry or working in a pet store environment.
• Grooming experience (trimming nails, bathing dogs, etc.) is an asset.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling is preferred.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• A passion for animal care and a desire to provide top-notch customer service.

Compensation:

• Starting pay is $18 per hour, with the potential for increases based on experience in relevant areas.
