OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in appliance repair and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various household appliances, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively. Your expertise in electrical systems, mechanical knowledge, and ability to read schematics will be essential in delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose issues with appliances and determine necessary repairs or replacements
  • Perform repairs on a variety of household appliances but mostly coffee equipment
  • Assemble and disassemble appliances as needed for repair or maintenance
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their appliance issues and repair options
  • Utilize schematics to troubleshoot electrical problems and ensure proper functionality of appliances
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols
  • Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques

Requirements

  • Proven experience in appliance repair or a related field
  • Strong electronics knowledge and minimal electrical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics
  • Mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in assembling and disassembling appliances
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Valid drivers license may be required depending on job responsibilities
