IT Support Analyst

Position Overview

Reporting to the Information Technology Director, the IT Support Analyst plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of Pure Casino Entertainment. This multi-faceted role requires providing onsite technical support as well as phone, email, and remote assistance to team members across multiple locations. The IT Support Analyst will manage and support a range of technologies, including mobile devices, desktops, servers, and IoT products. Responsibilities also include working with technologies like Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, SharePoint, Teams, and VMware, with opportunities to explore and implement emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt, professional technical support and communication.
  • Manage employee onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Provide user support for Windows 10 and 11 environments.
  • Create and manage Active Directory accounts, including password resets.
  • Configure and maintain network printers/copiers.
  • Image, configure, and deploy desktops and laptops.
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate vendor repairs.
  • Install and support desktop software, including Microsoft Office and email services.
  • Perform basic network troubleshooting and management.
  • Manage and update tickets within the trouble ticket queue.
  • Handle equipment setup, moves, and tear-downs.
  • Resolve file and print-related technical issues.
  • Implement technology solutions aligned with organizational needs.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies.
  • Develop reports and dashboards using industry best practices.
  • Administer Azure and Active Directory, including resource control.
  • Stay informed about current and emerging technology trends.

Additional Requirements

Occasional travel as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support role.
  • Proficient in tools and technologies, including:
  • Windows operating systems, Windows Server, and VMware vSphere.
  • Microsoft 365, Azure, Teams, and Intune.
  • Proven expertise in hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Experience with deployment, configuration, and installation of computer systems.
  • Strong ability to install and support software, drivers, plug-ins, and patches.
  • Willingness to work a schedule that includes weekends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work independently.
  • Valid drivers licence and access to reliable transportation.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift, move, push, or pull objects up to 30 kilograms.
  • Capability to work on feet for an entire shift while performing tasks involving bending, stretching, walking, or lifting.
