Housekeeper

MacLeod South Shore Villa, located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a pastoral setting in Crapaud, PEI, offers a mix of Independent Living, Community Care, Respite Care and Long-Term Care services for up to 71 residents under part of Macleod Group Health Services LTD (MGHSL).

As a Housekeeper, you play an integral role in the operations of our community and provide our residents with a clean, sanitary, comfortable, orderly, and satisfying surrounding. You will work within a team setting while operating with professionalism, and care for the residents, coworkers and families.

The ideal candidate has:

• Previous cleaning experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting (as an asset, not required)
• A passion to work with others and to provide ethical and professional care
• The ability to read, speak and write English in order to effectively communicate with others
• A clean vulnerable sector and criminal record check

This position would offer approximately 15 to 22.5 hours per week, at a rate of $17.82 to $19.42 per hour.
