Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 4 years in senior food & beverage management in a luxury restaurant or hotel environment. Knowledge: Strong understanding of food, wine, and spirits; Sommelier designation is an asset. Financial Expertise: Skilled in financial reporting, budget management, and revenue analysis. Leadership: Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire a team with a focus on service excellence.
