Head Coach

U13AAA Head Coach for BB Hockey Academy

Duties:- Develop and implement effective training programs for hockey players- Teach and demonstrate hockey skills, techniques, and strategies- Plan and organize practice sessions to improve players skills and teamwork- Evaluate players performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement- Ensure the safety of players during training sessions and games- Motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential and become better people, not just hockey players- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and team management

Requirements:- Extensive knowledge and experience in playing hockey- Proven coaching experience in hockey at a youth or higher level- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to educate and mentor players of different ages and skill levels- Knowledge of current hockey rules, regulations, and trends- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- This position could be progression into a contracted coach position for our U15AAA team, U16AAA, U18AAA, and potentially a Junior A position.

Pay: $850.00-$1,150.00 per month
