What Youll Be Responsible For:

Team Leadership

• Lead and inspire a team of stylists and support staff
• Hire, train, and coach team members to achieve performance goals
• Conduct team meetings, performance check-ins, and schedule shifts

Client Experience

• Ensure every client receives exceptional service
• Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and upbeat salon atmosphere

Operations & Inventory Management

• Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring efficiency and organization
• Manage inventory: track product levels, place orders, receive and organize stock
• Ensure all retail shelves are fully stocked, clean, and visually appealing
• Perform regular inventory counts and minimize shrinkage
• Maintain salon compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Sales & Financial Performance

• Drive sales of retail products and services
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly performance and meet or exceed salon targets
• Earn commission on services and product sales
• Track KPIs and implement action plans for improvement

What You Bring:

• 1-2+ years experience in a salon leadership or management role
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing inventory and schedules
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Passion for the beauty industry (Cosmetology license is a bonus, not required)
• Comfortable using salon software and reporting tools
