Were looking for a professional General Contractor to participate in a paid, 1-hour in-store interview at a major hardware store. A successful applicant will be responsible for sharing their expert insights on the in-store experience, product selection, layout, and overall usability of the store from a contractors perspective.

This is a one-time engagement designed to help improve the customer experience for trade professionals like yourself.

What Youll Do:

• Visit a designated hardware store location in your area
• Be guided through the store by a friendly interviewer
• Share your thoughts and honest feedback on:
• Store layout and signage
• Product availability and selection
• Services offered to professionals
• Pain points youve experienced
• Suggestions for improvement

Who Were Looking For:

• Licensed or experienced General Contractors (5+ years of hands-on experience preferred)
• Comfortable speaking candidly and providing constructive feedback
• Available for a scheduled 1-hour in-person session
• Professional, friendly, and articulate
