About the role

Working as part of the Business Operations team, the employee will be required to support the Tier 1 internal business rhythm for responsible program(s) supporting financial reporting objectives for the program are met through the use of Corporate tools and processes, sound financial management practices, and related experience. Examples of tasks are:

• Ensuring costs are allocated within the financial system according to established reconciliation procedures
• Preparation or assistance in the preparation of billings and objective evidence supporting billings;
• Assign project charge codes according to established procedures;
• Support yearly Estimates at Completion activities

What you bring to the role

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or College Diploma with related work experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint
• Must demonstrate close attention to detail, strong work ethic and good interpersonal communication skills working within a team environment

Additional skills desired for the role

Exposure to the Deltek toolset and SAP enterprise application software would be an asset.
