Hiring Unit: Athletics and Recreation Position Summary: Under the direction of the immediate supervisor, the incumbent may perform some or all of the listed general administration functions. These functions are of moderate complexity and the incumbent performs them using established instructions. Duties:

• Set up and takes down equipment for rentals and events on the field.
• Helps event staff with varsity gameday logistics.
• Monitors the fields and makes sure everything runs smoothly.
• Greets members and clients and answers specific inquiries.
• Aids in emergency protocols.
• Completes incidental reports when needed and reports back to supervisor.
• Completes checklists and reports back to supervisor.

• High School Diploma.
• One year of relevant experience in the field of work.
