Compensation

  • Starting Pay: $16 USD/hour (approximately $22 CAD)
  • Increases: Earn an extra $0.50 USD/hour for every 250 hours taught—up to $25 USD/hour (approx. $35 CAD)
  • Reliable Payouts: Consistent, on-time payments in USD

Responsibilities

As an online pronunciation coach, youll deliver one-on-one lessons that build confidence and improve students spoken English. Every session is a chance to make a lasting impact.

What Youll Need

  • Experience: At least 2 years of ESL or pronunciation teaching
  • Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and a reliable internet connection
  • Qualifications: One of the following:
  • TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification
  • Bachelors degree in Linguistics or English
  • Degree or certification in vocal training
