Job SummaryWe are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that food preparation and service standards are met. You will be responsible for various tasks, including food handling, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests and taking their orders accurately.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions efficiently.
  • Assist in food preparation and ensure that all food items are prepared according to safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Follow instructions from management regarding food handling and preparation procedures.

Experience

  • Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
  • Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
  • Experience with cash handling and operating POS systems is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.65-$19.65 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 32 per week
