OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development Facilitator to join our team. This role is essential in driving the growth and development of our employees through effective training programs and initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, project management, and leadership, enabling them to create impactful learning experiences that align with our organizational goals.

Duties

  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to various departments and employee needs.
  • Facilitate engaging training sessions that promote knowledge retention and skill application.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to assess training needs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Supervise and mentor junior facilitators or training staff, providing guidance on best practices in adult learning principles.
  • Support business development initiatives by equipping employees with the necessary skills to drive sales and foster client relationships.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a Learning and Development role or similar position, with a focus on facilitating training programs.
  • Strong skills in business development, project management, supervising teams, sales strategies, and leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze training effectiveness through metrics and feedback mechanisms.
  • Familiarity with instructional design methodologies is a plus.

Pay: $15.55-$44.23 per hour
