Chemical Processing Operator - Job Description The Chemical Processing Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment to ensure the safe and efficient processing of chemical products. Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate, monitor, and adjust chemical processing equipment.
  • Mix and blend raw materials according to specifications.
  • Perform in-process quality checks to ensure product consistency.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
  • Handle and transfer chemicals safely, following regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
Role Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).
  • Experience in chemical processing, manufacturing, or a related field is an asset.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
  • Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality standards.
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed.
