Boat lift installer

Paradise Dock and Lift is seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Boat Lift Installer to join our team. As an installer, you will be responsible for the expert installation of boat lifts, ensuring they meet our high-quality standards. This position requires scuba certification, as some installations may involve underwater work.

Responsibilities:

- Install and assemble boat lifts with precision and attention to detail.

- Conduct underwater inspections and installations as necessary, utilizing scuba equipment.

- Collaborate with team members to coordinate and execute installations efficiently.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards during all installations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any installation challenges that may arise.

- Transport Installation barge and lifts to site using company vehicles.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in boat lift installation is preferred.

- Scuba certification is mandatory for underwater installations.

- Experience driving large loads under NSC regulations.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Physical fitness and the ability to handle manual labor.

- Clean drivers abstract.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
