Barista

Join our team at The Alley Brampton! We are searching for bubble tea lovers who will help make our store a fun and rewarding environment to work in.

We are looking for part-time baristas with flexible availability to fill the following shifts:

• Friday & Saturday evenings until 1AM
• Weekday evenings until 11pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers through clear and courteous communication
• Operating POS system as a cashier and process payment transactions
• Ability to memorize all recipes provided to craft our specialty bubble tea drinks
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness and safety

The following would be an asset:

Prior Experience: Previous experience in the food & beverage industry providing exceptional customer service while balancing multiple duties in a fast paced environment

Love for Learning: With our wide range of drinks on our menu combined with customization options, this is a great opportunity to develop your memorization skills and manual dexterity to produce beautiful, delicious bubble teas.
