Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in barbering and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barber, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality haircuts and grooming services while ensuring a welcoming and clean environment for our clients.

Duties

• Perform a variety of hair cutting and styling techniques, including traditional and modern styles.
• Sanitate tools and workstations according to health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their grooming needs and preferences.
• Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
• Manage front desk responsibilities, including scheduling appointments and greeting clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.
• Provide excellent customer service to build lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to upsell services and retail products confidently.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Experience managing front desk operations is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices in the grooming industry.
