T4A- so you dont get taxed to death from big commissions & bonuss

We physically walk through business doors every single day

At least 20-30 touches which include follow-ups

If you are organized and can plan for follow-ups you will do amazing in this role

Phone & Email time to navigate to a decision maker is a MUST

Outside of those qualifications you just have to have a burning desire to want to create your own success. We treat people in sales as the MOST important person in our business. You will be led by a leadership team who had been taken advantage of at other businesses, treated like garbage, commissions and bonuss stolen, and they now live to make your life here at Official H2O amazing because those types of shenanigans never happen to our contractors.

It is an outside business to business sales position, but it is not a complex sale. It is just water and ice….. every single business already spends money on this, but they have old, moldy, scaled up, nasty equipment. Show them the future. Just have a nice, casual, but impactful conversation with them when you prospect in person. Sell like they used to sell in the 1950s when human to human conversations were important.

If they are on 5-gallon jugs made at a bottling plant help them understand that with our technology which is commercial filtration they become the bottling plant because they make the water onsite inside our coolers. If they are buying cases of water also made at a bottling plant…. Now they become the bottling plant.

These clients can take back control and not be held hostage by these bottling delivery services and their forever changing prices because we lock them in at one price for unlimited water and ice that will never change, include all service and filter change, never charging them beyond a fixed monthly investment.

Compensation including C$30,000.00k base ranges from 67k-211k per year. These are real and achievable numbers. We dont do that dumb quarterly bonus structure because we all know thats how sales professionals miss their full compensation and only the company wins. Alternatively, we pour all your compensation into the monthly so you can maximize your income.

Our product line is lean and specific. We provide a hands free all-in-one self-contained solution for office drinking water. The solutions provide hot/cold or hot/cold/ice. The bottleless cooler is manufactured by the top producer of bottleless coolers in the US and we are positioned for growth. Currently there are offices in Raleigh & Charlotte NC, Charleston SC, Atlanta, GA, Jacksonville. Daytona, Orlando, Lakeland, Tampa & St. Petersburg FL, as well Denver CO.... and now Toronto, ON

All units are rented for $105 (hot/cold) or $205 (hot/cold/ice) each month- we do not sell them. It is simply a small operating expense for a business no different than paying for internet or copy machines. Customers receive a free 7-day trial that has a 92% close rate with virtually no competition. We also carry a full line of Manitowoc Big Commercial ice which only makes your prospecting even more awesome.

Whats the Pay so I dont have to sit through 4 interviews to find out?

Since Covid we have pivoted away from office space and cubicles. Our sales teams are brought on as T4A Contract Consultants who desire the freedom to go out and create opportunities for themselves. Official H2O compensation is very straight forward and our historical shows 100% of our sales team sell at a minimum 6 units per month and high producing sales executives sell 15+ units per month. We did not create some unicorn comp plan that is unattainable - we built a comp plan around seriously achievable goals each month and we provide the tools and the training for you to succeed.

Base- C$30,000.00 (non-recoverable draw so its yours)

Commissions- Avg between $3,000 - $15,000+

Bonus- Avg between $500 - $6,000+

4 Units Sold per month- 44k per year

6 Units Sold per month- 67k per year

8 units Sold per Month- 101k per year

10 Units Sold per Month- 131k per year

12 Units Sold per Month- 140k per year

15+ units sold per month - $211k+ per year
