Installation Supervisor
Royal Classic Kitchens Richmond Hill Corp.

Pay from $41 to $45 per hour
Schedule: 37.5 hours per week

Position Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all cabinetry construction activities for residential clients
Communicate with cabinet designers, construction teams, material suppliers, and other relevant parties to develop construction plans and schedules
Review design blueprints and provide input on construction feasibility
Oversee the selection of materials and finishes and ensure design plans are followed
Supervise construction crew including carpenters, woodworkers, painters, and installers, and set work schedules and objectives
Hire and train crew members as needed
Ensure that all work aligns with both design and technical specifications
Control labour and material costs by closely following project budgets
Proactively identify and find solutions to construction and installation issues
Provide progress reporting and project updates to internal and external stakeholders
Participate in project delivery and resolve client questions or complaints
Ensure a safe working environment and enforce all health and safety regulations
Promote and maintain excellence in quality and craftsmanship for all projects

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or above
5+ years of construction supervision experience for cabinetry construction and installation
Able to understand and execute design blueprints and specifications
Experienced in coordinating and supervising construction teams, including carpenters, woodworkers, painters, and installers
Experienced in project planning, budgeting, tools and materials selection, and progress tracking
Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
