The Spa Operations Manager is responsible for the daily operations, team leadership, and business performance of Glo's Dieppe and Quispamsis locations. The role is based primarily in Dieppe and includes weekly travel to Quispamsis. The Manager ensures both clinics run smoothly, teams are supported and accountable, clients receive an exceptional experience, and operational standards are applied consistently across locations. The role offers flexibility to work from home and in clinic as operational needs require.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Management Supervise providers and administrative staff at both locations Motivate the team, set clear expectations, and hold team members accountable Coach providers and admin staff to support performance and growth Conduct performance reviews and address performance issues promptly and fairly Resolve conflict professionally and maintain discretion at all times Build and protect a positive, collaborative team culture
Operations Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and vacation approvals Optimize scheduling and workflow at both clinics Oversee inventory and retail management, including ordering and stock control Ensure consistent enforcement of policies and procedures across both locations Maintain accurate documentation and policy compliance Identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
Business and Financial Performance Monitor bookings, retail sales, and revenue performance Track and report on key performance indicators Manage budgets and support revenue growth initiatives Support retail sales strategy at both locations
Client Experience Champion an outstanding patient and client experience Lead service recovery when client concerns arise Ensure every touchpoint reflects Glo's standards of care and professionalism
Human Resources Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members Manage attendance and scheduling records Maintain HR documentation and ensure policy compliance
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience supervising staff and managing performance Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills Comfort managing multiple personalities, including service providers Working knowledge of KPIs, reporting, and budget management Inventory and retail management experience Sound independent judgment, professionalism, and discretion Experience in a medical spa, aesthetics, or healthcare setting is a strong asset Knowledge of injectables, skincare, lasers, and treatment coordination is an asset Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset Valid driver's licence and ability to travel weekly between locations
Working Conditions
Based primarily at Glo Dieppe, with weekly travel to Glo Quispamsis Hybrid flexibility, with the ability to work from home and in clinic as needed Full time, permanent position
