Land Rover Moncton
Land Rover Moncton is seeking a General Manager to lead our dealership with the independence, resilience, and preparedness that define the Land Rover brand. This role carries full accountability for performance, culture, and day‑to‑day operations, with a clear mandate: to build a dealership where customers trust the experience, employees take pride in their work, and Land Rover’s legendary capability is reflected in every interaction.
As the General Manager, setting clear expectations and developing your department leaders is your foundation. Being a hands‑on leader who works alongside the Sales, Service and Parts teams is how consistent results will be delivered. Where decisions will be guided by Land Rover’s values of craftsmanship, capability, and responsible exploration.
This role is for a leader who values partnership and understands sophistication without losing grit, operating how leather seats and wood trim coexist with mud, snow, and gravel. It’s a balance of craftsmanship and toughness. You will create lasting impact by building trust, developing strong teams, and executing with purpose.
At Land Rover Moncton, that impact extends to our customers. You will guide them on every journey with intention, whether they are navigating the streets of Moncton, exploring scenic trails along the Petitcodiac River, or venturing beyond the city. You will help set them on a path with a brand that gets them there and back; inspiring confidence, commanding presence, and delivering adventure in every mile.
Compensation
Expected earnings of $150,000 – $200,000+ annually, comprised of a competitive base salary and performance-based bonus, along with a demo vehicle and comprehensive benefits.
The Role Responsibilities
Customer Experience: Ensure every interaction reflects Land Rover’s values of capability, confidence, and craftsmanship.
Employee Experience: Lead, coach, and support department leaders, building accountable, high‑performing teams
Dealership Leadership: Alignment with Land Rover’s brand standards and Steele Auto Group expectations.
Financial & Operational Performance: Manage budgets while driving profitability and long‑term stability.
Sales & Marketing: Strengthen market share and brand presence.
Market Growth: Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies.
Strategic Execution: Implement Steele Auto Group policies, procedures, and initiatives.
People & Culture: Partner with HR.
What You Bring
Minimum 5 years of dealership leadership experience
Strong financial and operational acumen
Confident decision‑making, sound judgment, and strategic thinking
A customer‑first mindset with a genuine appreciation for premium experiences
Ability to lead in a high‑accountability environment while maintaining a long‑term view
Clear, professional communication and strong organizational skills
