About the Role

As the first point of contact at Student Services, you handle diverse inquiries about SFUs educational programs, student records, administrative deadlines, financial assistance, government programs, and university policies. Additionally, you issue official documentation like transcripts, confirmation letters, and process payments for tuition and services. As part of the role, you will also produce photo identity cards and maintain the card production equipment.
