About the Role
Were looking for a detail-driven, strategic In-Store Marketing Coordinator (ISM) to help bring LGs in-store brand experience to life. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to execute communication, merchandising, and display strategies that boost brand visibility and product sell-through in retail environments.
This role blends project management, creative strategy, and collaboration with global teams — perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing and retail execution.
What Youll Do
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to develop and execute LGs in-store strategy for fixtures, POP displays, and merchandising.
- Align internal stakeholders and external partners to support marketing goals across channels.
- Lead project rollouts and report progress to both internal teams and LG HQ in Korea.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and payments with precision and accountability.
- Build strong relationships with key retail partners to secure premium in-store placement.
- Ensure consistency between in-store and online brand experiences by partnering with Digital Marketing.
- Leverage shopper insights to develop high-impact, brand-consistent messaging and visuals.
- Brief agency partners, monitor performance, and drive cost-effective creative solutions.
- Become an in-house expert on LG Home Appliance products and the Canadian retail landscape.
- Coordinate with the Field Sales Team to support flawless program execution.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in merchandising, trade marketing, or in-store marketing with measurable success.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects across timelines and budgets.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to connect creative ideas with business objectives.
- Skilled in project management software and agency/vendor relationship management.
- Effective communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams is an asset.
- Ability to balance high-level planning with hands-on execution.
