Responsibilities: ● Lead and mentor the Sales Development team, ensuring alignment with the advertiser growth objectives. ● Develop and implement effective outreach strategies using email, LinkedIn, and call campaigns. ● Monitor and optimize lead qualification processes, ensuring high conversion rates. ● Track SDR performance metrics (calls, meetings booked, response rates, conversion rates).
- Work closely with Account Managers to ensure seamless lead handoff and pipeline management.
- Drive sales enablement initiatives, providing SDRs with training, scripts, and industry best practices.
