Support Worker

Hello! Im 24, I have a physical disability and I live in a private, dog-friendly residence. I have a few mobility aids and am ambulatory, but require assistance with activities of daily living.

Im looking for a compassionate, caring, and reliable worker. The ideal candidate would be willing to work 1-2 hours shifts in the mornings and evenings on weekends. It would also be extremely helpful if you are able to pick up the odd weekday shift as needed.

Responsibilities

• Light meal preparation
• Light housework
• Transfers requiring a high amount of physical support
• Assistance with personal care activities such as dressing, toileting, showering, etc.

Requirements

• A valid Police Vulnerable Sector Check
• PSW Insurance
• A valid CPR certification
• Physical strength to perform transfers
• High comfort in assisting with personal care activities
• Punctuality and reliability are crucial

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $31.40 per hour
