Supervisor

Kings Janitorial Inc. is looking for the right person to add to our team. We are looking for a supervisor that is flexible, a go getter, can work on their own, and take charge when needed.

Some of the duties are but not limited to:

• Coordinate the activities of a team of employees
• Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring that they understand their roles and responsibilities
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
• Training new employees
• Communication through email, phone, and text

Experience and requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• 3-5 years experience in cleaning commercial or residential settings
• Familiar with floor cleaning machines
• Car and License
• Live within the local area
• Whims Certificate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Cleaning: 3 years (required)
• Supervising: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)
