Salesman For Water Purification Dept

Job Summary:

Commission-based salary.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through visiting homes and provide quotes.

Duties:- Visit clients based on need Identify proper course of plan to remedy the situation- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and excellent customer service.- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.- Work on retention of returning clients.- Work with membership department to offer various membership plans to clients both for plumbing and HVAC.- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers.

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:- Strong customer service skills- Proficiency in Spanish (nice-to-have)- Experience with CRM software- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies- Ability to drive business development initiatives- Proven track record in sales and account management- Familiarity with technology sales- Experience in outside sales- Excellent negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $34,860.56-$160,564.29 per year

Additional pay:

• Bonus pay

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
