Position Summary:
Reporting to the Manager, Real Estate Portfolio Administration, the Real Estate Analyst administers the companys global leased and owned real estate portfolio, ensuring compliance and providing reporting on all Grainger real estate.
This role is integral to managing and optimizing the companys real estate portfolio, ensuring accuracy and compliance of all real estate documentation, processes, and payments, and supporting strategic decision-making processes through accurate reporting to enhance operational efficiency.
This role involves administering Graingers leased portfolio by managing payment processes, including timely and accurate monthly rent payments and one-time payments and processing annual expense reconciliations.
The company utilizes Tririga as its platform administration tool, and this role is responsible for inputting and maintaining data within Tririga, including rent payment schedules.
This role will be the primary point of contact for both internal business partners and external landlords for all real estate administration related inquiries.
Internal partnerships include Grainger Corporate Real Estate, Accounts Payable, Legal, Controllership, Grainger Technology Group, and Finance.
