Part Time Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective strategies for recruiting, training, and retaining top talent within the team.
• Manage budgets efficiently while identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.
• Facilitate communication between team members and upper management to ensure alignment on objectives.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and clients to secure favorable terms for the organization.
• Monitor team performance metrics and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth.
• Utilize bilingual or multilingual skills as needed to communicate effectively with diverse team members and clients.

Experience

• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, demonstrating strong team management capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in administrative tasks related to budgeting, sales, and negotiations is preferred.
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication within diverse teams.
• A background in recruiting or human resources is advantageous for effective talent management.

Pay: $17.50-$17.90 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 29 per week
