Office Clerk

Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee all administrative functions of the office- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages- Assist with vendor management, including ordering supplies- File and organize documents, both physical and electronic- Assist with human resources tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records- Provide general office support, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors at the front desk

Experience:

- Must be able to Speak in English. ( Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu are assets) - Proven experience in an administrative role- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Knowledge of basic accounting principles- Familiarity with human resources processes and procedures
