Machine Operator

Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

Duties

• Operate Production machines and other equipment according to established procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications to assemble components accurately.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure that products meet specifications.
• Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments to perform tasks effectively.
• Program machinery as needed for specific production runs, ensuring optimal performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance on machines as required.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Change molds as needed to run different products.

Requirements

• Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Experience operating different production machines is preferred.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and standards in manufacturing.
• Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex machinery.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Familiarity with programming machinery for specific tasks is a plus.
• Experience in assembly processes using hand tools is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Pay: $20.00-$22.40 per hour
