Leasing Agent
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage marketing for vacant apartments.
- Ensure ads are posted on internal platforms.
- Coordinate and conduct apartment showings for prospects.
- Lease vacant apartments and minimize vacancies.
- Handle deposit collection, application packages, supporting documentation, lease prep, and guide prospective tenants through the process.
- Enter prospect data into management systems.
- Maintain market analysis of competitor pricing, products, and incentives.
- Provide weekly traffic reports.
- Stay proactive in identifying and adjusting to market and competitive changes.
- Follow up with clients and deliver effective closing presentations.
Qualifications:
- Background in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of residential leasing or sales experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
