Summary

We are seeking a Landscape Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee landscape projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your leadership will be key in managing teams and maintaining our commitment to excellence in landscaping.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate landscape projects from inception to completion.
  • Lead a team of landscapers, providing guidance and support throughout the project.
  • Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations.
  • Develop project timelines and allocate resources effectively.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide updates on project progress.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in landscape management or a related field.
  • Experienced with hardscape projects including interlocking pavers, SRW retaining walls and concrete.
  • Background in planting and turf development.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • A clean driving record and reliable transportation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
