LOCATED IN RICHMOND HILL, ON

LPS Property Services is currently hiring Commercial and residential Grounds Maintenance Members. Looking for one crew Lead. The job will consist of; (grass cutting, garden maintenance, and litter pick-up).

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

**All applicants must have a reliable source of transportation to and from work along with a working knowledge of equipment and tools: line trimmers, backpack blowers, and hand tools.

· Ability to take direction from crew leaders, and work in a team environment.

· Have a strong work ethic

· Minimum 1 year of experience in grounds maintenance (preferred)

  • Ability to lift 50lbs

Job Types: Seasonal

Salary: $18.00-$27.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8-10 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • landscaping: 1 year (preferred)
  • grounds maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Licence

  • drivers license & vehicle (required) (for crew lead position only)
  • Truck and Trailer driving: 1 year (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and planting.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely to ensure efficient maintenance of outdoor spaces.
  • Drive vehicles to transport equipment and materials to job sites.
  • Assist in heavy lifting and construction-related activities as needed.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to specifications.

Job Types: Full-time, SeasonalContract length: 4-7 months

Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour
