Handyman Customer Service Rep
IMPORTANT:This position is not suitable for students or for anyone already working full-time. You should be available during the day to answer/return calls, answer/send emails, and set up appointments for our Handymen.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
- Friendly, efficient, and confident in handling client calls and emails
- Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken is MANDATORY)
- Organized and dependable with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Comfortable managing bookings, schedules, and client follow-ups (We will show you how)
- Available 25 hours per week, remotely, with occasional in-person planning meetings with the CEO once per week
WHY JOIN US?

WHAT YOU WILL DO?
- Answer all calls in English or French, and return any missed calls.
- Answer all emails within 1 to 2 hours max of receiving them. Essentially, you are the voice and face of our team, helping build strong and trustful client relationships
- Message CEO Monday - Friday morning, at 6am, to provide an update on any quotes, appointments, scheduling, and inquiries.
- Set up scheduling and assigning jobs to our Handymen.
