Gong Cha Tearista

Responsibilities:

- Prepare our full menu of quality beverages, toppings and desserts by adhering to company standard operating procedures

- Operate POS, credit card/debit card and delivery app terminals

- Maintain bar inventory by replenishing stock from storage and assisting with inventory orders when needed

- Follow the cleaning schedule and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the store

- Follow the health, safety and sanitation guidelines and protocols

- May be required to lift and carry up to 25 kg

**Duties**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks

- Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system

- Operate espresso machines and other equipment to brew coffee and steam milk

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area

- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines when handling food and beverages

- Assist with food preparation, such as assembling sandwiches or pastries

- Ensure that all drink orders are prepared to the customers specifications

- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction

**Experience**:- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)- Cash handling: 1 year (preferred)- Barista: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
