• Gérer et prioriser le backlog dune escouade multidisciplinaire composée dun UX, dun UI, dun rédacteur UX, dun traducteur, de développeurs front-end et back-end, ainsi que dun intégrateur;
• Rédiger des histoires et des critères dacceptation clairs en collaboration avec léquipe;
• Accompagner les clients internes dans la définition et la clarification de leurs besoins en lien avec le produit du site Web;
• Faciliter le travail de léquipe afin de comprendre ses besoins et dassurer la cohérence avec la vision stratégique du produit.

Qualifications requises

• Expérience comme PO dans un contexte agile;
• Expérience avec les outils de collaboration comme JIRA;
• Compréhension des spécificités de la conception et de lexpérience utilisateur;
• Une expérience dans le secteur des assurances est un atout;
• Facilité à rassembler, bienveillance, joueur déquipe, facilitateur.
