Job Posting: Full-Time General Contractor

Are you a skilled contractor looking for steady work, great pay, and room to grow? Im hiring a full-time general contractor to join my real estate investment company. Youll be working on full home renovations from the studs out, as well as property repairs and maintenance.

What Im Looking For:

Experience & Skills:

• Framing, drywall, finishing

• Physical ability to handle demolition

• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge

Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred):

• Painting, tiling

• Mudding, taping, and sanding

Must Haves:

• Own tools and transportation

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to blueprints and specifications.
• Utilize hand and power tools for various tasks, including drywall installation, plumbing, and construction painting.
• Conduct site assessments and prepare estimates for materials and labor.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and team members to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment while adhering to industry regulations.
