Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced flooring installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in vinyl, carpet tile, and ceramic tile installation, can work independently, and ensures quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:

  • Install vinyl plank, carpet tile, and ceramic tile in residential and commercial settings
  • Prepare surfaces by leveling floors, removing old materials, and applying adhesives
  • Cut and trim flooring materials to fit around obstacles and within tight spaces
  • Ensure all work meets industry standards and customer expectations
  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of flooring installation experience
  • Proficiency in vinyl, carpet tile, and ceramic tile installation
  • Own tools and reliable transportation (preferred)
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Professional attitude and good communication skills
