Job OverviewAs a WFG Agent, youll serve as a trusted financial professional who helps individuals and families find the right protection, insurance, and financial strategies for their needs. Youll be part of a growing team that values independence, leadership, and impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized life insurance and financial solutions based on client needs
• Educate clients on financial literacy.
• Build and maintain client relationships through consistent follow-ups and service
• Attend training and mentorship programs to stay current on financial products and strategies
• Optionally recruit and mentor new agents to build your own team

Qualifications

• No previous experience required — we provide full training and licensing support
• Passion for helping others and making a positive impact
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and coachable
• Must be legally eligible to work in [Your Country]
• Be willing to go through licensing and acquire Life and Accidental insurance licenses, Support and discounted licensing program offered.
