Entry level Labourer

Job SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support our operations, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment.
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently.
• Support team members in various construction or manufacturing activities.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while on the job site.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools is a plus.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment at all times.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.85-$22.00 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

• Weekends as needed
