Door to door sales

Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers in their homes, presenting our products and services, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will possess strong business development skills and a passion for sales, with the ability to negotiate effectively and adapt to various market conditions.

Duties

• Conduct door-to-door visits to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products and services.
• Build rapport with potential clients by effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings.
• Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales activities.
• Negotiate terms of sale with customers while maintaining company standards and policies.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and customer engagement.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help shape future sales initiatives.
• Maintain a positive attitude while facing challenges in the field, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.

Experience

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a door-to-door or direct sales environment.
• Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus, along with an understanding of market dynamics.
• Strong inside sales experience is advantageous, as well as proficiency in using CRM software like Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for effective customer interactions.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
