Contractor Relationship Manager

Overview:

Nexhome is a leading provider of HVAC solutions, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services across Canada. We are looking for a proactive and technically knowledgeable Contractor Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong partnerships with subcontractors, including electricians and technicians, as well as suppliers in multiple provinces.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with HVAC subcontractors, including electricians, , and installers, across various provinces.
• Establish and foster strong partnerships with HVAC suppliers to ensure smooth business operations.
• Possess a technical understanding of HVAC systems to effectively communicate with technicians and installers, addressing their concerns and questions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring seamless collaboration and problem resolution.
• Identify and onboard new subcontractors and suppliers to expand Nexhomes network.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide valuable insights to partners.
• Work closely with internal teams to align relationship-building strategies with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in relationship management, business development, or a similar role within the HVAC or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and technical aspects relevant to installers and technicians.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple relationships across different regions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
