Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute brand strategies to drive growth and market presence.
- Oversee product positioning, messaging, and brand identity.
- Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional channels.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and brand storytelling.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, or professional aesthetics industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
