Basketball Coach (Rep)

Crunch Time Basketball is a leading provider of skills training, seasonal camps, a developmental house league, and rep for boys and girls, ages 8-18. Our program is tailored for beginners, intermediate, and elite level players.

Our candidates will need to attain their NCCP certification, Level 1 and Level 2 certification before February of 2026. Skills training and practice planning is imperative as we only hire coaches that can teach our players to practice and play the correct way. We offer reimbursement for any coaches that commit to coaching our rep program.

Our candidates will be responsible to host 2 practices per week (2 hours each) and coach any scrimmages and/or tournaments that are held on the weekends throughout Ontario. The season normally runs from October through April. Our rep teams will all be registered to play in OBA sanctioned tournaments, OBL, and the Ontario Cup. This is a big commitment as you will be the captain of this ship who will be leading your team, hosting practices, communicating with parents when necessary.

Our "Rep" Coaches need to have at least 1 year of rep coaching experience. If you are experienced, reliable, and share the same passion as we do for the game of basketball, then this could be a great opportunity for you. We are looking for mature adults with coaching experience that are reliable and can commit to the entire season.

Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
