Associate Producer

As part of its growth and for the development of Star Wars: Eclipse, Quantic Dream Montréal is expanding its teams and is looking for an Associate Producer. Reporting to the Gameplay Programming team, you will be responsible for tracking the development and delivery of the teams deliverables. You will play a key role in establishing efficient production processes while ensuring smooth collaboration with other departments within the studio. Responsibilities

• Regularly monitor and manage the progress of projects in depth to ensure that the team achieves objectives on time and maintains effective communication and coordination with all departments involved, whether within the playing team or with the support teams.
• Convert short and long-term development plans into concrete actions for all functions (artistic, design, technical, and QA).
• Establish deliverables, quality objectives, and key milestones in a roadmap and a schedule, supported by development strategies.
• Develop workflows and pipelines.
• Anticipate risks and put action plans in place to overcome them.

Experiences & Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a Production role, ideally in the Video Game industry;
• Experience in project planning and management, with Agile, Scrum production methods;
• Baccalaureate or professionalequivalence;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills;
• Experience with JIRA and/or other task and bug management software;
• Strong organizational and analytical skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication;
• Collaboration, listening, and empathy.
