Our Hybrid Yoga Program rotates between chair, gentle hatha and stretch and restore.DescriptionWhat you’ll be doingWe are looking for experienced and qualified Yoga Facilitators to join our volunteer team. Wellwood offers a six week, one hour, hybrid yoga program for those with, or affected, by a cancer diagnosis. Classes are held on Monday evenings, between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday afternoons, between 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. The Yoga sessions may be offered up to five times a year. Wellwood provides the room and props; mats, blocks, etc. Yoga modification training for cancer clients provided.
