During this time, you will be able to facilitate inspiration and big dreams in the lives of children who attend our programs. As a Cast Member, you play a vital role in the presentation of CityKidz studio shows for children aged 6-11. You will have the opportunity to lead show segments such as songs, dancing, games, skits, and teaching lessons, in which creates a fun, dynamic, and immersive environment that inspires children to pursue positive character and big dreams.Skills And Qualifications:Skill 1

• A passion for children to overcome barriers in their life and to dream big dreams.

Skill 2

• Ability to facilitate show engagement and interaction with the audience.

Skill 3

• Ability to work well in a team setting as you collaborate with fellow cast members, show leadership, and Tech Team members in order to ensure smooth show execution.

Personality Traits:

• Effective communication skills to engage with kids and other volunteers.
• Willingness to learn.

• High level of attentiveness and responsiveness.

Experience & Education:

• Experience with public speaking or theatrical arts (required).
• Experience working with children (preferred).

Time Commitment:Minimum four (4) month commitment is required, preferably biweekly Tuesdays and Saturdays through March – June and September- December. Shifts: Saturdays:8:00am-3:00pm.
